Cancel or change your subscription

Open the app → Settings → Cancel or change subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rosie Premium.

Ask for a refund

Open the app → Settings → Ask for a refund, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are decided by Apple.

Restore a purchase

Open the app → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

A class won't play

Classes need an internet connection. If one still won't play, tap Open in YouTube, and let us know which class so we can replace it.

Text too small?

The app follows your iPhone's text size. Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text.
